I agree! It's my fav color and I ordered one but glad I ordered black top and fenders. I ordered mine feb 9. Received first email feb 15 and second feb 20. No word cense then. Have 800 miles that I can put on my car. If I go over then won't get what I want on my trade.

The miles thing is kinda bull. They sold you on a jeep they can't deliver and then restrict your miles while you wait. Not that it's legal but the speedo could become disconnected on an ill placed pot hole!

not likely its digital... anyhow yes its quite common for dealerships to limit milage, it was appraised with said milage and condition so it should be the same when it is brought in..

The dealer has nothing to do with delivery other then you ordered it there, its still sent to them by the factory, so when its built its built.....

if you go over the 800 miles, your vehicle will get RE-appraised.... if you have more damage it will get RE-appraised....

what your saying is like .. so if they deliver the jeep with 800 miles on it that is ok to????? REALLY?????

the way round this is simply dont get your vehicle appraised for trade till the jeep arrives, but that dont work cause pl want to know the difference before they order... so EVERY factory order is usually subject to a reappraisal at time of delivery of the new unit....

that is our policy anyhow....

whats the difference, for you not much, for hte dealer it could be LOTS, vehicles over (Im in Canada) 20,000km..... extended warranty is more, then it goes up in increments, 40.000km, over 100,000 its goes up alot, so if your vehicle was brought in at 99,976km.... IT WILL get reappraised, if you break 100,000km.... as it is harder for hte dealer to sell warranty on it, banks wont finance as much on it, so value of it goes DOWN....... there are lots more reasons, but that is a couple

^^ oh I know you didnt the other guy did, I was just plaining why he was wrong is all..... it does matter

factory ordes take up to 8 to 16 weeks, lots can happen in that time, any dealer wil reappraise a vehicle after that long, dealer trades a different those only take days or at worst couple weeks, so then milage would be limited no really a reappraisal.....
