Bought my M8000 from them. Ordered it last Sunday, it arrived on wednesday, they gave me $20 off my order, free shipping, and then they sent me a $20 gift certificate. I'll definitely be giving them my business when I buy my new lift.
I got an order conformation and order number, but no tracking number or responses to emails. It's been about 12 days.

We're out of the winches and just went ahead and sent it to be dropshipped directly from them. They have plenty of the XRC-8 in stock, but they were out of the winch cover you ordered so they were holding the order to all ship at once. I asked them to go ahead and ship your winch and then ship the cover when they have it in again (somewhere between May 5th and 11th).
Definitely give us a call if you don't hear anything back from an email or response on the forum in a day or so if you ever try to contact us. With email, sometimes who knows what happens with that stuff. Problems between email servers, spam filters, etc etc. Don and I try to be on the forums as much as we can, but there are times when we have to turn our attention to other things such as website stuff, marketing, vendor relations, trips and events we sponsor, meetings, etc etc etc, lol. With us heading up the JeepAddOns.com project I'm here to give you guys and ladies as much personal attention as I can with the time I have, but sometime I get buried with actual work and can't come on here to do the fun stuff. So just placing in a call to our customer service or sales guys will get you answer much easier and sooner 99% of the time!
