What the hell would you be spending if you didn't have an allowance??? That's almost $10,000 per year!

No sympathy from me.

Three months to do the lift, six weeks to do the gears,... Don't waste you money on Disney World and get things done even quicker.

Would like some cheese with your whine?

Keep in mind that free advice can frequently be worth less than you pay for it.

Damn I didn't mean to cheese anyone off I'm not saying I'm allowed to spend that amount for life. My house is paid off my jeep is paid off I just got a new job making 25% more then my last job that comes to $800 xtra a month so my savings per month does not change. It just happens over the last couple of months I was spending a lot of money so I was told to scale it down. We are a two income house hold the kids are grown up and are out of the house. When I say I only have $800 per month that is only till October then $0 per month for the jeep. Hunting season new bow and rifle time

Most of you guys are in your twenties when you are my age you will have a lot more disposable income. I tell you what I will trade my situation for your youth

What is this allowance thing you speak of? LOL

My kids are still on my payroll - I get to spend my jeep monies on thier vehicles

Quoted for truth.

At our age it's called decay management instead of fitness.
