Id say the lot put the lift rims and tires on it in hopes of selling it for more of a profit. Its fairly common here.

In that case, I would be worried if it is geared correctly for 35's...

i recently decided to get back into the jeep world and searched and searched for an LJ. as stated about they have 44s in the rear and disc brakes ( almost positive on brakes). Since im deployed and there was no rush.. i searched the entire country (via craigslist) for 3 months and i will tell you that bad boy is over priced for sure. nice and clean. but that price is JK territory. Just my opinion. i finally found this one, it has higher mileage than that one at 130k ... he was asking 10.5 and 9.5 cash drive it away.

That's got to have wheels spacers to run the stock wheels. I'd immediately buy new wheels with less backspacing. I'm surprised whoever did the lift didn't do that too?

And LJs are cool.
