Were all still here, just hasn't been any new updates. Me personally I'm still waiting to find out what the deal is about straightening out the dash badge for mine. Contacted the original dealer that evidently sold 5 of them with the wrong dash badges, and they told me they are working on contacting the other owners. According to Chrysler every one of these model Wranglers was shipped to the dealer with a box of limited edition goodies that were labeled by VIN number.
Email response to Imperial Marketing from Chrysler "Interesting. both vehicle #2 and vehicle #48 were shipped to the same dealer. #2 was shipped on 2-25-05 and #48 was shipped on 2-28-05. Because the modification kits were shipped to the dealer separately, the dealer must have installed the plaques on the wrong vehicle. That dealer got 5 vehicles total. (and may not have paid attention when he installed any of the plaques) I would direct the owner back to his dealer. This is unfortunate, because some collectors will put a large emphasis on the series # of the vehicle. (if the number was somewhere in the middle of the build, it probably would not matter, but #2 may have some significance. I would support sending the owner the correct #48, but the current owner of #48 will need to be contacted, and his plaque switched to #2. The dealer can handle this. This action would make everything correct. The dealer was York motors in Prescott AZ." So anyone who owns one of these models and doesnt have a dash badge or has the wrong one can attribute that directly to the dealer not doing their part. If you contact Imperial Marketing which is the company that evidently holds the spare dash badges they can access a database that lists each one by VIN and tell what its number was supposed to be. In my case that turned out to be a number different than what it actually got when it was originally sold. As far as #1 ------------------ guess if it sounds too good to be true ........... More to come ![]()

Yup....haven't heard a word from Bryan. I asked for his VIN so I could verify his #0001 status but never heard back from him.

Hello to All,
Just checking in to see what's new? I haven't been here in awhile. Any new updates? Specifically, pertaining to our 05 Rubicon Sahara Jeeps? Any luck with the replacement numbered dash badges from Imperial Marketing? Kind regards, ~alexanderrw

I've never tried to track down a part # for the Sahara Edition MOAB's. If I get a chance I will.
I'm in the process of having my tire cover modified to fit my 33" spare. It goes to the upholstery shop next week. I got my replacement sticker back in July. |

Well my Rubihara is now officially #48 even though I am little sad to no longer be number #2 I am glad to have the right badge number now. So for anyone nitpicky (like me) about their Rubihara's be cautious about your badge numbers as there are for various reasons others out there with the wrong badge number. I probably wouldnbt have worried about mine being correct if it wasnt #2 when I bought it. A small petty thing I know, but you never know. Someday #2 could be worth a lot to a collector and since mine wasnt really #2 I didn't want to ruin that for somebody else. Glockster already put up a really nice pic of the sheet the badges are mailed with but I will post a pic of mine just so anyone looking can confirm what the stock number and packing slip looks like with the badge on it. According to York Chrysler who is working on correcting the mess for me regarding the wrong badges, #2 hasn't replied to any of the letters they sent him/her but hopefully they can intervene for me and I can mail them the old #2 badge so they have it for collector value
