2002 tj rocker guards????

Looking for some thoughts on replacing my stock running boards with something different. Started my jeep project from scratch and have done everything myself except paint. To be honest, my jeep will never see a lot of off road but I like the looks of the rock guards. Trying to stay around the 250 range and really need something that can be used as a step as well.
Any Ideas????

I don't think you will be able to use those as steps and with those being tubular If you ever get them against anything they will bend up like tin can. In the other hand they would deff keep other people's car doors off your jeep! There are also several styles on eBay that may work for you.

Garage
I built my own, but I was able to get measurements off of my dad's AtoZ fab sliders. I did however use the AtoZ fab tubes they sell specifically for building your own. They worked very well and looked great, and I was only out about $110 or so total for the sliders when they were done

The smittybilt ones at the bottom of their page with step may work for you. You can also pm xt Jake or xt Ryan on here for a discount code for extreme terrain.

At the bottom of smittybilts page??? I'm open to all options. Being real though, it's mostly for looks. Maybe one day when I'm rich and can have a jeep to drive everyday and another to wheel off rd, I will go balls out on the proven stuff

Thanks guys. I think I am going to go with the dropkick slyders. Don't really want to spend the money but they are everything I want. No drilling, best thing to a step you can get, great function, weather I use them or not and look cool. Plus I really haven't saw many or really any around where I live.
