YJ Rearend in a TJ

I am looking at a '99 wrangler that has a rear end from a '90 wrangler. Are there any problems with this? Can this damage the transmission?

Nevermind. There was some misinformation. It was a rearend from a 97 in a 99.

as long as the gears match its all good. test drive it put it in 4 hi and drive if it bucks jumps or other wise binds up walk away
