Whats the going rate for project condition FCs?

This thing is on craigslist near me, and I'm seriously considering making an offer, or even trading my truck for it. Anybody have any idea what these things are worth right now? From the ad, it does run, but isn't drivable due to being in the middle of a disk brake conversion. There are a couple other pictures on the ad, so if you'd need to see more to give me a ball park estimate, let me know.

Hard to say its 4x4, it works?. it has 4 banger with like 70hp.? No rust out. have a bed/box? the more its 100% i would think for a restorer its worth a bit more. I am no expert in classic jeep prices. I started life in a 47cj that was sometime ago. I would pay 3-maybe 4k if it was all there in good+ condition meaning all the dash and some parts are harder to get than you think. thinking if it was restored maybe 10k? if i was looking what would you pay? this your dream project?

It's not all there. The original interior is gone, but the dash looks ok. The bed/box is gone also, but has a home made diamond plate stake bed. I'm not sure it's a dream project, and I doubt I'd want to restore it 100%, at least not anytime soon, but I could see it being a very entertaining toy.
