What would you pay for a YJ or TJ project

I cant tell what it is in the pictures, but it I think a YJ because of the rear fender.

Anyways... what would you pay or a completely disassembled and wrecked jeep? I am trying to talk a friend into buying it

If we got it I would let him use my tons and 38s on it.

I guess it looks like a YJ but I am unsure with out the front, and from the pics I can't see if it has leaf springs or not. For parts I would say $200 at the most.

my guess its a yj, those rims seem to be stock yj rims, the handles on the doors look to be yj, the rear fender flares, looks to have leaf springs and the way the roll bar and dash looks.
