What to pay for a Jeep with rusted frame

I'm trying to decide how much to take off the price of a 98 tj SE. For a 98 its in great condition, except it has frame rot in front of the drivers side rear tire. There is no other rust on the frame.

X2!!!! It could be the nicest Tj on the planet! Whatever you pay for it, the price MUST accurately reflect the cost of swapping that frame out with a serviceable one. And that *ain't* gonna be cheap! Neither in $$$ or emotional/physical cost! Biggest pain in the a** on the planet! LoL! If you have a "Pro" do it, it's gonna cost ya! Probably more then what you pay for it in the first place. The older CJ tubs were much easier to take off then the later models. It can be done by yourself and a few friends but...lotsa planning, labeling wires and stuff. Did it once and I wouldn't even attempt it again.....

2002 Wrangler "X".
