If you want to hurt your resell value, add a lift kit. The higher the lift kit, the more cost to you and the less the jeep will be worth. The Jeep people did a good job of engineering this unit, and it is more than capable of handling 99% of the situations encountered by drivers, either off-road or on. Your are wanting to modify all of their expertise just to get a certain "look". The looks are already there and are aggressive enough to impress all the 7th graders at the mall. Drive it for a year and see what you think. I can't imagine any reason to start changing suspension dimensions on a new jeep without first trying it for a year or two. After that time you will know more about what you want, what is available, what the quality is of the manufacturer of the modifications and what lifts can do to the ride/handling/safety of a jeep.
