what to do?

I'm torn between a 94 XJ Sport (manual) and a 93 XJ Country (auto). Both are are relatively the same aside from that. Rebuilt motors in both, 94 has 180k on the body- 40k on motor. 93 has 230k on body and 70k on motor, though its motor is a mopar refurb rather than shop rebuild.

My biggest questions are:

Is a mopar refurbished motor in any way better quality?
Is the auto trans reliable?
