Hi, I just bought a `99 TJ 4.0 with manual and with 153K miles on it. It looks very nice no scraches or dents on the outside and no rips on the inside, came with JK wheels. This is my first Jeep and I wanted to get one below 120K but this one just looked so nice. I think I got it for a good price ($6700) but I dont know how reliable these wranglers are. I mean it`s still a lot of miles. What can I expect? Does 30K miles make a big difference?

I'm on my 2nd wrangler a 98TJ and still quite a lot of fun. 2nd hand vehicles are hard to gauge. You don't know if the PO rode it hard or babied it. This applies to all vehicles, not just jeeps.

You've already bought it. I suggest taking it to a mechanic you trust have them go over it mechanically to see what you missed.
Fix the big stuff, budget for the toys, tires, springs, lockers..
Cya on the trails
