Thinking about buying this Oscar Mike, what do you think?

Hello everyone, I'm looking at this 2013 Oscar Mike edition Jeep. It has 13K miles on it with an upgrade to the tires. I believe it hasn't been lifted, but seems higher than my old 2008 JK, so I guess its the tire size making it taller. I can buy it for $31,500. It has the 3.73 rear end and no NAV. What do you think, is it a good deal? Do you like the Oscar Mike editions? The interior is a combination of leather and cloth.
