Test drove a Cherokee, couple problems I was wondering about

Hey guys I test drove a 95 Cherokee it has 280000km on it. It's a great deal and seems solid except for that it seemed to run rough at idle. It would be smooth at highway speeds but then when I would pull up to a red light and come to a stop it would start running rough and kinda shake the whole car a bit. Anyone know what would cause this or how to fix it? I don't really find it to be a huge problem and I could live with it how it is but there's obviously something wrong and I don't want to have to spend alot to fix it of it gets worse.
Thanks

Could be as simple as a dirty throttle body or spark plug replacement, or a total overhaul. Hard to say.

I guess I gotta figure out if its worth taking the risk. I can always replace the engine if I had to but the whole reason I'm looking at getting a new vehicle is because I'm tired of always having to work on my other truck.. hmm
