Don't call your Jeep a car.

Every time you do that, God eats a puppy alive.

well one of the guys I have ran some trails with has a 2.5" rubicon express lift and 35" tires and he has broken some of his drivetrain and they cover it everytime even with the lift and tires....I'm not 100% sure on this but I believe it won't void the warrenty as long as they install it such as the lift. Tires I don't think it really matters but like the lift you just have to pay the extra coin and it doesn't void

But if your really curious just ask a sales man or the manager and get it in writing

Go with the 10 with the lifetime warranty unless you plan on modding the crap out of it right away and blowing the warranty anyway then get the 09. Also a Jeep is never a car, don't ever call a jeep a car, unless it is a compass because they are cars.

Would not let a warranty be a decision maker in today's economy.

Rubicon-a point of which any action taken commits the person taking it to a further course of action that cannot be avoided!
