looks decent, price is right.
check for rust in the usual spots. check all fluids. take note of what it will need. take note of when current inspection sticker expires. check for owners knowledge of jeeps (does he know what the hell he is talking about) pay a mechanic to look at it pay a mechanic to look at it pay a mechanic to look at it pay a mechanic to look at it 4cyl is ok.. at least youll have 410s. start searching the forums here to learn as much as you can. join the shop class if you havent already. be really nice to the shop teacher so you can use all the tools on your jeep. convince him to make your jeep the class project (lift install, or bumper project, etc.) and for gods sake dont drive it like its a honda. although hondas are superfast and have super drift power, wranglers do not.

I would definitly go and look at it and give it some thought. When or If you go look at it be sure to go over it with a fine tooth comb, find out if any work or maintenance has been done (not the mods actual engine work). Since you dont have a lot of money, I wouldnt suggest buying it if you see any major probs with it. I had to learn the hard way and Id hate to see a new jeeper get burned.
