Question re: selling salvaged stock Jeep Cherokee XJ

Hello Jeep Enthusiasts,
Wondering if it would it be worth replacing the battery before attempting to sell a 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ, that already needs some repairs in order to be driveable? This vehicle has been totaled by insurance due to an accident. The title is clear, but is salvage. Thank you for your thoughts and comments!

If you can show a potential buyer that it starts up, you're going to get a lot more for it. A cheap walmart battery will pay for itself many times over.
