Purchasing first jeep

It's looking to purchase a 00 tj with 84xxx miles, a lot of the miles r towed miles. It has the 4.0 with the auto trans. Jeep is in very good shape, has a 2" body lift, after market front bumper, winch wide street tires with rims. The guy is selling to me at 10,5 does this sound like a fair price?

Eh it is a decent price I guess. Not great. If you get it you will probably want to ditch the 2 inch body lift for 1 inch or so it right and get a suspension lift. I probably wouldn't pay 10,500 for one with a 2 in body lift. $8k is probably a pretty good price if you can talk him down.
