Opinions on First Wrangler

Hello,

Trying to purchase my first Jeep and wanted your opinions on this one.
Would the Rocky Mountain edition enhance the value? Jeeps seem to sell a little higher priced up here in Pittsburgh but is it still a good deal? You guys know more than me.
Also might plasti-dip the rims (opinions)??
Thanks a ton.

Thats just great to hear before I head out. I swear every jeep around the PA area is priced high. It is the worst!

I'm from Latrobe and looked all over, Blairsville, Irwin, Penn Hills, Pittsburgh, Washington. All I found was used 1997-1998 full off rust or rusted fenders with broken parts on the interiors and not so nice tops. Mileage was usually close to 160-175000 and they wanted 5500-7000. Finally settled on a 3 hr drive to Sandusky for a 99 sport with little to no rust and great interior and exterior. It needed a dent pulled out of fender but talked the Dealer into 6900. O and mileage was 120000. What are you looking for, I'll keep my eye out

Yup I'm down in Washington and there is nothing. Sadly this has been one of the better deals I have seen all month. Looking for something between 10,000 and 15,000$ and trying to get a 03-06 year wrangler. Ill let you know if I happen to buy this one. I just have wanted a wrangler for years now. Thanks for keeping an eye out.

Check Craigslist under pittsburgh, type jeep Latrobe. There's a 03 that looks decent, their asking 8400, bet you could get it for under 8

Hey guys, get out of PA to buy a jeep. Go south away from salt land. All you are going to get in the north east are rust buckets and used plows. It would be worth the trip and effort to get a rust free unit.

If that Jeep doesn't have 200k+ miles on it or hiding something that thing should be gone....
