Need advice about a WJ purchase

I have been looking for a used 2002-2004 Jeep GC 4x4. I have found many but have settled on either the Overland or Limited models. While the Overland has some nice things, skid, rails and the H.O. motor, they are about 2k more than the Limited with the 4.7 non-H.O. and I cannot see paying 2k more unless they are really that much better.

So my question: Is the Overland worth more than the Limited?

Mileage for the Overland is 136k and the Limited is 103k.

I will be off roaring it and plan to put some heavier skids and rails on them.
