Moving from XJ to TJ

Looking to make the move from my 95 XJ 2 door to a TJ. Want a daily driver, that's good on highways (no wobble/wandering issues) capable for trails a few times a year, driving on the beach, and in the snow.

Saw this posting and I think it looks pretty good. Wondering what I should be looking for in a good TJ? My game plan is to check for rust and give it a test drive - any other advice?

Looks good, but has what appears to be a repaint job. Also has been modified, so check for drivability issues. In your area rust is the main concern, which is why the repaint bothers me a little bit, so get underneath and check the frame and
mounting points carefully. Remember that surface rust, while not overly detrimental, can indicate hidden rust also.
