And more help with another cherokee please...

So I posted earlier about a 95 cherokee, the other one Im interested in is a 2000 xj, built up,
80k on drive train
6.5'' rough country long arm lift
4.56 gears front and rear
detroit lockers
new u joints, seals, bearings
rustys 1 ton steering kit
smittybuilt krc8 winch
orf front bumper
kevins offroad rear bumper w/ tire carrier
5 new 35'' km2 tires with less than 2k on them
237k on chassis, all drivetrain componenets replaced.
the asking price is 6500, im looking to get down to around 5k, because thats all ive got. anyway you guys think it could happen? and if so, how?
