In the market for an LJ

I'm in the market for an LJ and was hoping you guys could give me some advice.

I keep finding 04's to 05's that have around 100,000 mi on it for 12,000 - 14,000. Is this is a reasonable price range and what should I be looking out for with the LJ's? Can a 9 year old jeep really hold its value this well?

Here are two examples:

Thanks!

Yes that is about the $ range for an LJ in good shape. Any TJ or LJ holds their value more than any other vehicle of the late 90s-2000s.
