looking to buy my first Jeep!

Looking at a couple jeeps currently and can't find a rusted junker I can rebuild, but I've found a:
97 305000km $4000
00 250000km $5000
03 140000km $7000

03 says it's straight 6 4.0
Other two jeeps are not listed.
They all look in decent shape but iv been told you can put 5000 into a 1995 junker and make it look brand new. I'm not a mechanic but I'm a handy guy. Willing to tackle most projects myself.

Any insight would be great I live in Ontario, can drive to Detroit to purchase also.

I would make sure whatever you buy has a 4.0. and id also check what rear axle they have. If one has a D44 id do that one.
