Looking at 93 jeep

I'm looking a 93 Jeep Wrangler, rebuilt inline-6 and rebuilt 3-speed tranny at the same time. Has a little oil leak at the valve cover. A/C doesn't work and some other small issues but other than that it runs great and doesn't smoke. The guy is asking $3000. What do yall think?

Considering back in 010, our ole 99 "muffin" sold for $4,800 which was very surprising.. Apparently the guy just had to have the camo treatment the wife and I did. So 3K is acceptable.

I assume that it is an automatic, thus the 3 speed. That $3k is an acceptable price assuming there is nothing hidden.

Yes it is an automatic. Also want to add that the engine was swapped out not rebuilt and has 25,000 miles on it. The transmission was rebuilt. Thanks for the replies, i'll be getting it later this week.
