LJ, TJ, or XJ

Ok, so I'm looking to get back into jeeping. I had an 01XJ that I had a lot of fun with but now I'm trying to decide what to get and I'm just wanting to hear some pros and cons from the people that own the different models. I don't plan on turning it into a trailer rig but, it won't be a DD either. (It will be MOAB capable)Thanks for any help.

xj for sure....you know them already, you know about the 0331 head....you probably worked on them, and you said you had fun in your xj

why would you even think about getting something else

I love the tj's....but a cherokee will do just about everything a tj will....except the removable hard/soft top

trust me, i sold a few xjs and im having a hard time finding one back.....i miss those things like crazy...but i forget i owned a tj at one time

A stock LJ, TJ or XJ is moab capable. Even CJ, YJ or FSJ. Maybe you should expand your search or narrow down what you are looking for.

I don't know what you mean by expand my search. I'm not wanting anything but a jeep. I'm just trying to decide between a wrangler or a Cherokee.

TJ or LJ get my vote. As stated any are MOAB capable, but the TJ and LJ you can go topless and doorless.
