Can someone guide me to car pricing sites that display invoice prices and MSRP prices side by side for all options as well as the basic vehicle? I have been to a few but I only see MSRP for most of them. I see that Edmunds.com shows all options but TrueCar.com just lumps all options together. Many request personal information so that dealers can send quotes. I'm not ready to start THAT adventure quite yet. Want to make sure I'm a little more knowledgeable beforehand.

why waste your time and not just go to the source and ask them? it's like you're trying to shop for wal-mart's prices at target. just go to target and ask them for the invoice price the only reason people don't want to go is they're afraid they'll be sold while they're there. just remember, YOU are in control, not them (well, us lol). or send me an email to the link in my sig and i'll do what i can for you if you want the "no pressure" approach

keep in mind that those sites are estimates, and are rarely 100% accurate. and going into the dealer with a "well i know what i should pay because i know what your invoice price is" attitude is not a good way to start relations.

I know, and I agree. But at least you have a good starting point for beginning negotiations and makes one more knowledgeable. Certainly better than going in not having any idea on what prices are.

as RU STUCK said, you DO have a good idea what the prices are, they're labled very clearly on the window sticker as mandated by federal law

Going back to my original post you'll see I was wanting the invoice prices as well as MSRP prices. Invoice price is not listed on the MSRP sticker. I'm certain RU Stuck was attempting to exhibit humor!

as was i, but you certainly have an idea of what pricing is, it's printed in plain sight. if you want it lower, that's where negotiating comes in
