Jeep on ebay Axle question

This Jeep is for sale on e-bay.

The seller advertises it has having Dana 44 axles.

The pic of the front axle sure looks like a Dana 30 correct?

D44 in the rear, D30 in the front.

Kinda dirty in front of the bell housing... RMS leak?

Wonder why they only geared to 4.10. 4.88's would bring more joy on 35s.
