Jeep build-my-own website 2009?

So, when is Jeep going to update its website for the "build my own" to the 2009 models? Still shows 2008. Sort of stupid when the 2009s are hitting the lots.

No reply from Jeep

I sent an email to Jeep regaring "build my own 2009" vs the "2008" on their web site. They did not reply. Perhaps they no longer have the funding to support their web site. I called Jeep at their contact number an they said that they would be upgraing their web site next month. Since they won't give out pricing or information on their 2009 models - I suspect that they are just producing the 2008 models and sending them on to the dealers as 2009.

I'm ready to buy a Wrangler, but may wait another year. If they won't support their web site, will they support their dealers and their warrantee? Hopefully the management group from Home Depot will figure out how to sell cars this year.

Want to see a 'how to do it" web site - check out Ford where they have the specifications for both 2008 an 2009 models.

The weird thing is they DID change the entire appearance of the site. Lipstick on a pig, I guess.

Yep. I found it the other day, then couldn't find this thread to update.

Funny, though.
Build a Patriot in Sunburst Orange and it shows you a picture of a Compass.

I built a Sahara JK in Sunburst orange, but it won't let you have the dual top option in black. It defaults to the khaki tops and a different color than orange.
