Interested in a '09 Unlimited Sahara

I am thinking about trading in my '06 Ram 1500 for a Wrangler Unlimited. I've been wanting another Wrangler since I got rid of my YJ almost 10 years ago. I'd rather have a 2 door, but the 4 door will be much more family friendly since I have two kids. I've got my eye on a '09 Sahara with a 6 speed tranny & ~59k miles at a local dealership. I know the engine leaves a lot to be desired and would rather have a newer model with the more powerful V6, but those are out of my price range. Are there any issues that I should be aware of or specific things to look out for? I'm also afraid I'll regret not having my truck when I need to haul something or tow something, so there's a lot I need to weigh before I commit. Just looking for some general advice.

Mine: '06 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn Ed., 5.7L Hemi
Hers: '07 Commander Limited 4x4, 4.7L
