Insight on 2000 Wrangler, looking to buy

Hey guys I am new to the jeep world.

I am looking at a 2000 Wrangler 4 cly 136,000

he'll take 4,300

I live in the highest elevated county in Colorado. I will often be crossing high mountain passes. The 4 cly is not my favorite and I am worried about its power. Can you all give me some advice???

Id do it if it is clean and rust free, however my next Jeep will not be my DD. I wouldn't want to DD a 4 cylinder but that is just personal preference.

Decent price if it's clean. You could wait to find a 6 cylinder, but you won't likely find one at that price.

Good price if there is no rust or any other major concerns. I run a 2.5 as a DD and frankly like it, but I'm not in the mountains.
