Hey guys, I was going to buy a fully loaded 2011 GC overland summit with saddle leather and all the bells and whistles today, but someone informed to wait. They said so, because the new 2012 jeep grand cherokees will be released at the end of July. Can any one confirm this? I need to buy the car before August 13. Any suggestions?

We dealers can't order the '12's yet. With pricing on them. We are blind ordering...but they will not be here in July. So if you want to pass up on deals on the '11's and wait. That is up to you.

we were told by our chrysler rep late august to late september. the overland summit edition is a new enough package that nothing will change on it for 2012. if you like it now, what difference does it make if the VIN number says 2011 or 2012? is having to start your search all over again worth what little price difference there will be between the two model years down the road?

pricing is in the VOIM section under code guides. you can see the prices of each of the packages, you just have to add them all up, which can be a pain.

I know buddy. But everyone wants to see full pricing. We have seven SRT's in the order status now. And a few 3.6L Wranglers.

we do too. i remember last year when the cherokees came out, we had one on order that the VOIM said had an MSRP of $255,000 and an invoice price of $355,000. that's a hell of a loser for us lol

We too. I had them at $222,000 and one that started as a bunch of commas. That one I didn't get. Happy Selling
