how much is she worth????

i been working on her for a while and just wondering how much she is worth.

1995
rio grand edition
4 cylinder
automatic
no mechanical issues
PO had it repainted a few years ago but the hood paint is wind damaged just a little.
came with some type of (plastic/rubber) floor cover thing. but there isnt any rust underneath it, floor pans are good to go

now for all the new stuff on it
90 percent of underbody has been wire brushed down and rustolum bedlined
rough country 2.5 lift with shocks yellow boots
preformance rough country stering stablizer with yellow boot
complete new stearing bars and tie rod ends
all new break hard and soft lines, all ss
less than a year old all new front and back break pads
80 percent tread left guard dog 31x10.5x15 tires
american racing rims with (3-4) inches of backspacing
4 off road lights
rear bumper with tire carrier
front bumper with built in winch plate
1 inch daystar body lift
removed the track bars
12500 waterproof tuff stuff winch
hard top
hard doors
soft doors
rugged ridge bolt on fender flares
tan interier all seats in great condition
aftermarket stero sounds pretty good too
aftermarket center console
cargo seat covers
cb radio
smittybilt side steps
high lift jack mounts on the hood (dont have it on there in the pictures)
all fluids have been changed in the last 1000 miles, front and back hubs, transmission, transfer case, oil

thats everything, like i said im just wondering what she is worth.

im just not convinced of the quality of that quote. Just because u are prejudice against the 4 cylinder dosnt mean other people are. i happen to love it. and i see many other people out there that re gear them and run 35s all day. and as for automatic, well it sucks and i would rather have manual but it is what it is. and i spend a lot of time on craigslist and i watch bone stock 4 cylinder autos go for 5 grand all the time

If you see bone stock 4's go for 5 grand on craigslist then list it for 5K and see if you can get 3K. Sorry to burst your bubble, but most of your add ons won't bring you big bucks. Make it look closer to stock and sell all of the aftermarket stuff to recoup your loses that is if you kept the original parts. There's a reason people bash rough country and smittybilt on every Jeep site.
i sold my 4 cyl 5 spd YJ 3 years ago for 3500 and it looked just like yours with a rebuilt engine and tranny with hard and soft tops, hard and soft doors, bikini, tonneau, rock sliders, built bumpers, herculined, aftermarket seats and a ton of other extras.
The 4 cyl auto is a dog and not a desirable combination.

I would have took the 6,500. Jeeps are expensive around here too but you can get a decent one for 3,500 - 4,000 so id say you would be able to get 4,500 around here. Not sure how they sell where you are

Just because someone comes up and offers you $6500 doesn't mean they are serious or have the $$$ to do so. I had quite a few people offer to buy my CJ a few years back but never came through.
