Is this a good deal

Is this a good deal, thinking about buying it but the guy won't budge on the price. Tried trading too...

Price is a bit high but you are looking in canada so I am not up on the exchange rate. With 180K on the clock and boggers etc, I wouldn't pay more than $5000 US if that helps. That is IF everything else is in good working order and I knew what was in it.

i personally would never buy a modified jeep. could be highly abused

Or not properly installed or with out proper mods need to install the lift, which can end up causing 10x more than the original price, when trying to find out what is wrong. You are always better off buying one close to stock and building it the way you want. Unless you know your way around a jeep then you can buy whatever you want, or experience allows.
