In Houston you don't need a 4WD. You have to drive 100 miles to find a hill. If you are using this as a local DD, I would check what KBB and Edmunds has to say about the pricing, do a CarFax on it and if that checks out drive it. If you like it, buy it. It looks good to me.
IF you are going to use it as a deer camp special over in the Hill Country you would want to keep looking for a 4WD.
