Ok guys. I think I'm buying this tomorrow unless someone has a good objection. Comments please!

It has 3.07's, which isn't amazing. It looks fairly clean. I'd offer 6 and see where it goes, if that's the one you have your heart set on.

I wouldn't be surprised if it had 3.73 gears and maybe even a D44. Those specs stated are standard specs. It even has the small tires listed, but it has canyon wheels which ment 30" tire/wheel package.

Does not mention hardtop in those stock specs and even a disclaimer at the end.

Got 31s on it. Got cruise control, AC, and factory hardtop so not your basic jeep.

Looks clean, but check underneath real good for dings and rust. Miles not bad either.

The underside has been undercoated, professionally from the look of it. Only rust I found at all was the slightest beginnings under the front fenders, but thats "jeep rust" those specs are all stock like 2jhanna mentioned. I'm not sure lift or tire size (forgot to check, dealer seems blissfully unaware) But it shifts smooth and had no wobble at 70mph. Has stock hardtop (so I have the wiper and defrost switches) and also includes the soft top. Everything works. Was even able to test the A/C because it was in their showroom when I got there.

In Canada a 30" wheel/tire meant 3.73s and a D44 as well - came as a package. So, I agree that Chrysler likely bundles those options together on a regular basis although I have heard of a few that don't fit that generalization.

Looks clean and rust free, especially for Michigan. Fenders are easy enough to replace or do something else with.

Yeah. The amount of rust is so minimal its amazing. Someone took care of this thing. The only one i've seen cleaner was a 2009. And I really wanted that 4.0l so a TJ was the only way to go.

Tires are 31x10.5x15LT, can be seen by enlarged pics.

Probably no lift.

Nope, after looking again, sits higher than mine, stock height with 31s.

Especially with the weight of the hardtop, must have some lift.

You think I'm doing ok then? I'm gonna try to squeeze a warranty out of the dealer. They don't want to budge on the price. But bluebook says i'm doing good and from what I've seen this is about average. About 1000 more than a private seller would be asking. But thats dealers for ya

Looks like a fair price for me. I've definitely seen much higher for ones similar.

Just the hardtop itself adds, $750-$1000 if in good condition.

Alright guys. I'm gonna do it. I'll probably post a ton of pictures come spring when I can wax it. Also, I'll probably geek out over in the TJ forum as well.
