First time jeep buyer (Lifted w/ mud tires)

I am looking at a 98 jeep Cherokee. It has about 150k miles. It has a 6 inch lift maybe? Pro comp suspension, with 35 inch off road tires. Bead lockers. 4.0l v6. Manual. $5500. What do you guys think? I drove it and everything seemed right, and it is lifted right and everything.

Priced pretty high. KBB puts it in excellent condition at $2700. I don't see the the other stuff doubling the price. If it is setup exactly like you want it I would not give him a dollar over $3500.
