35's will prob. fit just fine

but

you'll come into issues where you'll want to re-gear the axle ( you'll experience a big power loss )

and if your doing any wheeling, you'll want to either make sure it comes with a dana 44 rear axle, which is much stronger then the stock dana 35 rear axle.

and whats with that winch cable?

It's a JK they all came with D44 rears, actually they are even a stronger D44 than found in a TJ. I think some are calling them a D47 or something like that. But you may want to regear as you are going experience a power loss, maybe look at 34s split the difference. Or drive it and see, you could always remove the lift, I think JKs can run 33s without a lift. Honestly it doesn't look bad with 33s you will have room for flex this way. I maybe is an inch high, but that would be it. It looks better than a 4" lift on a TJ with 31s.

So if i size up to 35's i'll need to re gear, correct?

what if I keep it with the 33's? will I still need to re gear to get the most power out of the vehicle???
