Buying my first Jeep

Have a deposit down on a 2006 Wrangler Rubicon and have noticed the paint is a bit bubbled on the hinges below the windshield. Wondering if this is something to be concerned about? Thanks!

Common place for rust to start. The sooner you address it the better. It won't get better on its own.
