Affiliates Program

I'm new to this forum and to Jeep, so I'd like to ask for some advise. I plan on purchasing a 2012/13 Rubicon but have a few questions concerning the affiliates program. I have purchased a TL membership and am awaiting the package, but I'd like to ask about the purchase itself. When does one disclose one's using a Tread Lightly discount during the negotiations with a dealer?

Thanks

If you have a trade get the appraisal done first. If you don't it will be wholesale to wholesale. In other words "Stealing the trade". And then present the TL discount.
