I think that listing is for employees of USAA and not members. At least that was what I took away when I was looking. I used USAA/Truecar and got a better deal than the Treadlightly program when I bought my KL. I calculated 1% below invoice off the truecar.com invoice estimate (the info is floating around though) and then took the price they were claiming the dealership would give me. Dealership honored the price and it was a better deal. I also got the 500 Jeep credit that was being offered on top.
I also financed through USAA too so the whole process was pretty simple.
