its a 79 fiberglass body with about 4 inch lift on 35 bfg mud ta's straight six, 3 speed and didnt see anything leaking, everything seems to work good, hes askin 4000, rich guy wonderin what i should offer, im thinkin 3500 and go from there, does 3500 sound fair?

I would say you are in the ballpark, I do see a pinion seal leak in the rear and possibly a leak on the front axle. For a fiberglass body, there seems to be a bit of rust underneith.
