please help,

I have a 1992 wrangler with a 4.0 ran a little rough while idol but fine when driving. I put cap rotor and plugs in it still ran the same. so I pulled fuel rail and all injectors, soaked them for a few hours put them back in. now jeep is a lot worse. I checked wiring to make sure did not screw it up, and cant figure it out. Any one have some ideas.
