89 Jeep Cherokee - 3.5' lift and plenty done too it... I need input quick!

I'm looking to buy this Cherokee. It's been up for a while so I will try to lower the price a bit, but I can't afford much more. I'm liking everything I've heard about it and the tires have 90% tread and the spare has 100%. I want to go 4x4'ing in it and use on the roads.

Please provide some input before I see it this weekend! Thanks!
