77 cj5, is it worth the $

Found a nice 77 cj5, guys askin 6500 for it. Its got 83k orig miles on it. Claimed rebuilt motor 13k ago. Has he 258, 3 speed. Paint is good on it. Body is straight. Here is the owners list of add ons.

New intake and exhaust manifolds.
It was originally a non-power steering Jeep so I bought all of the stuff to convert it, pump/reservoir, gear box, hydraulic lines, pulleys, brackets, steering shaft.
I have rhino lined the inside of the tub and Roll Bar (professionally, not that cheap do it yourself stuff)
Custom built flush mount tailgate. (Its bomb proof)
All of the diamond plate is custom made/bent out of nice thick aluminum (not the thin pre-formed stuff)
Custom built bumpers.
Brand New spring over axle conversion less than 300 miles on it
Brand new **** Cepek DC-1 BLACK 15X10 aluminum wheels Less than 300 miles
Brand new 35/14.50/15 Super Swamper TSL Boggers Less than 300 miles
New Best Top water resistant high back bucket seats I have an Original ACME fiberglass top and doors for a 75 and older body style that goes with it. I have converted this Jeep to accept the top buy putting a new Windshield frame, glass, seals, and modifying the hinges, along with a set of Advanced Adapters windshield hold down brackets.

All inputs are appriciated. I'm wanting a toy to tinker with and seems like a good start.

thanks
