2009 GJC Overland w/5.9 - Thoughts?

I was researching the purchase of a 2009 Overland (fully loaded). It has 122K miles and is going for about $16.5K. It seems to be well maintained with a 1 owner Carfax. From what I can see this Jeep looks to be in decent shape inside and out. (Not absolutely perfect but nice.)

However, The Carfax does not list if recall N23 has been performed or not in the detailed list of services. It does say that there are no outstanding recalls on this vehicle. Odd, I know.

Knowing there is a serious "Gotcha" with this Jeep and NOT knowing if the recall has been performed what should I do? This will be the 3rd Jeep I've owned and I've turned to this group for advise before.

Should I pass on this Jeep? Like I said, it has everything. Hemi 5.7, backup camera, etc. On the other hand, there is the miles and this recall that I'm worried about. Oh yea the fact that it has the Hemi, really isn't a plus or a minus IMO. While I like the get up and go (My last two Jeeps have had V8's) there is the gas mileage. But it does GO.

Do I get the GAP insurance? If so, What level at this mileage?

How many miles does everyone have on their Jeeps? What years? is 122K for $16.5 normal? NADA says yes. KBB says it's a bit high in price.

Thanks to all who reply.
