Hey guys. I'm looking at a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport for my wife. I was wondering if you guys could help with what you feel I should pay for it.

It's a 2007 with 39,000 miles. It's not "excellent" condition. There are only very minor cosmetic blemishes (as any used car has). Asking price at a fairly large Dodge dealership is $11,300. I'm new to buying a car that is only a year old, so I was wondering a few things. First, what should I expect in terms of fees and an extended warranty? We're going there tonight to run the numbers, so I'd like to know what to expect so I can make sure I'm getting where I need to. Second, what do you feel I should negotiate them down to?

One benefit we have in our back pocket is we were preapproved for an $11,000 loan. We have a few thousand we can dip into if we go over, but we won't let them know that.
