2000 Cherokee Sport versus 2004 Liberty Columbia Edition

I have a 2000 Cherokee Sport 4DR with a 124K in good shape and I am looking to acquire a 2004 Liberty Columbia Edition with 99K in excellent condition. Any opinions as to whether this is a good move/upgrade?

Thanks.

You are nuts to trade a XJ for a Liberty, that is a serious downgrade unless you are a soccer mom, and like the IFS front. If you never go off-road sell your XJ to some one that will, and feel free to drive the libby on all the pavement you can find. Also don't expect good mileage either, my uncle has a Liberty for his wife, it gets 17mpg at the most, my cousin's Cherokee gets better than that.
