Stuck in a CVS parking lot

Simply put, my parking brake failed and unknowingly to me my jeep coasted across the parking lot and over the curb. It wound up hanging by the skid plate the passenger side leaf spring on a dry rotted 4x4 block of wood.
Fortunately for me someone with a chevy tahoe was willing to tow me out free of charge. This just isnt something you expect to walk in on when you leave your local drug store

also notice the 20 foot drop it almost rolled into!

The only thing that was damaged was my passenger rear leaf spring which is ok since I was gonna give it a lift anyway. Still completely drivable, no damage to the skid plate or even the muffler, Lucky me!!

Reminds me of the only time i went wheeling alone... got stuck in a swamp, then picked up by the cops who then dropped me off at a CVS with no money for a tow. Crappy night.

I would say so. It could have really been a mess if it would have gone all the way over.

I agree. Every time i park my heep i always leave it in 1st or rev gear with the ebrake pulled. Never know when it will fail.

At least it did not go all the way over.

if im on an incline i put two.

even if i had an e-brake i wouldnt trust it. but im paranoid like that lol
